    I made this sauce to freeze in individual servings. Changed a few things, added more garlic, about 4 cloves, a little less oil, and added a cup of dices tomatoes for body. After simmering for about 1 hour, it was a little acidic, so I added a scant teaspoon of palm sugar, was wonderful.
