Great texture! I was so excited to make this! The only thing I'd change next time is maybe use sugar and water or milk (1 1/4 cups sugar + 1/4 cup liquid) instead of the honey. Just because I find honey to have a strong flavor. Plus, if I use something else I don't have to worry about letting the baby try some. I wonder if this recipe would also work with carrots?
