Ingredients include chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, olive oil, rice, vegetable broth, boiled pumpkin, fresh parsley, salt, ground black pepper, and hake loin.

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 deciliter olive oil
  • 300 grams rice
  • 600 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 300 grams pumpkin (boiled)
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • loins (Hake, baked in the oven)

Directions

  1. Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
  2. Add the rice, and let it fry a little.
  3. Gradually, add most of the vegetable broth, and let cook.
  4. Grind the boiled pumpkin with the pennyroyal and parsley.
  5. Add this mixture to the rice, add the remaining broth, and finish cooking.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve with a baked hake loins.
