Description

Warm yourself up during the colder months of winter with this savory Pumpkin Stew. Similar to a chili con carne, this Pumpkin Stew is made with crushed tomatoes, ground beef, corn, and red beans. Minced garlic and diced pumpkin add a unique flavor element to this savory stew. Perfect for those who are not into spicy foods, this Pumpkin Stew is light seasoned with salt and pepper in order to put the focus on the rich flavor of the pumpkin.
