Description

Pumpkin spice is combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and ginger powder. All we need for a 6 oz glass of milk is 1 tsp of pumpkin spice, 2 tsps of pumpkin puree, sugar and coffee decoction and cream according to your taste. Pumpkin puree is something I prepare for the soup and pie. Either you can prepare the puree like baking or by boiling the squash and puree them as I did the squash pasta sauce. If not the store bought one would work too.

  • coffee (decoction, I used the regular Indian Filter coffee decoction – 2 oz, Adjust accordingly – if you like strong coffee add more)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • whipped cream (– as per your taste)

    Directions

    1. Warm the milk and add the decoction and sugar.
    2. Mix well and now add the puree and pumpkin spice.
    3. Mix well and check for sugar and spice.
    4. Adjust accordingly and serve the coffee topped with whipped cream.
