  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 150 grams olive oil
  • 400 grams pumpkin (boiled and drained)
  • 500 grams flour

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 50 grams butter
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • ground almonds (or hazelnuts, optional)


  1. For the cake, preheat oven to 250 degrees 250°C (approximately 480°F).
