- 4 eggs
- 300 grams sugar
- 150 grams olive oil
- 400 grams pumpkin (boiled and drained)
- 500 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 50 grams butter
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- ground almonds (or hazelnuts, optional)
