Wow it turned out very nice. I tried to find this taste of pumpkin soup for ages. I amended it a bit by using chicken broth instead of water and decorayed it with a drop of coconut milk in substitution of heavy cream. I aldo reduced a portion of honey because pumpkin has a sweet taste. It is really great!
