  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 egg yolks (pastured)
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice (each:, cloves, nutmeg, ginger)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 vanilla bean seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup almond flour (or almond meal, I used Bob's Red Mill Almod Flour/Meal since it is a little chunkier and the result was more like cookie crumbs. I'm sure this would work with a finer almond flour too.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
