it"s an easy make the night before kinda thing. you make it the night before and can eat in the morning. its good for about 3 days in the fridge

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. mix all the ingredients together and let sit over night they fit nicely into half pint mason jars

it tastes like an actual homemade pumpkin pie you can eat for breakfast. you can add whipped cream on top and dig in. its just like eating the filling of our favorite dessert
