  • 2 tablespoons honey (divided)
  • 1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin (You could also use canned pumpkin pie mix and eliminate half the honey and the spices. It just won’t be as good for you and you’ll have less control over the taste.)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp each nutmeg and ginger)
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granola
