    This pie has replaced our traditional family pumpkin pie recipe! That’s how good this one is!! Have shared it with my entire family per their requests and no other pumpkin pie will match it! Fluffy, flavorful and what a pumpkin pie should taste like!

    The pie turned out pretty good, but the amount of ginger is too strong. It almost doesn’t taste like pumpkin pie anymore. I would suggest cutting the ground ginger in half. Even as I was making it I thought that 1 teaspoon was too much ginger and I wish I would have added less.

    It turned out perfect! I used self rising flour and left out the salt and cloves.

    Amazing recipe!! Absolutely delicious! Made with sweetened condensed milk instead of evaporated milk and added no sugar - was perfectly sweet and the texture was to die for!

    Perfect. Filling was too much for a 9 inch pie. Next time I will use 2/3 off the recipe together with a medium pumpkin. Also a cup of brown sugar was enough in my opinion.

    Didn’t have condensed milk or ginger. Just made my own condensed milk and used allspice instead. Still came out amazing!
