Very moist and fluffy with excellent pumpkin flavour. They are quite sweet however and one could easily skip the streusel topping without sacrificing any flavour. I also cut down a wee bit on the sugar and swapped out 1/2 cup all purpose flour for whole wheat, adding a smidge more b.p. and soda....family loved them! This recipe is definitely a keeper.
