These fall spiced muffins are so good, you'll want to make them all year round! The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line the cavities of a 12-cavity muffin pan with muffin/cupcake liners.
- Place the canola oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, eggs, pumpkin puree, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth and combined.

May have put too much liquid when we doubled up the recipe and did not add walnut but the turned out just deliciously moist. My 7 year old loves these pumpkin muffins

I made a double batch to make large muffins they turned out sooooo yummy! Split them in half and add butter! OMG! Will make these again!! Everyone likes them! They didn’t last long lol
