It only takes 30 minutes to create this decadent drink that has a mere 50 calories per serving. Ingredients include milk, pumpkin puree, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, sugar, coffee, and ground cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • ground ginger
  • ground nutmeg
  • ground cloves
  • sugar (or sweetener)
  • 1/3 cup coffee
  • ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add the milk, pumpkin puree and a pinch each of ginger, nutmeg, and cloves to a pot and mix well. Heat the pot on medium heat. Once the milk begins to simmer, turn the heat off and add the sugar or sweetener.
  2. Add the milk to a blender and blend for 1 minute until some foam begins to form.
  3. Pour the milk into the mug with the coffee.
  4. Mix everything together and add some cinnamon on top.
