  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts (smashed into small pieces)
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups whipped cream (or cool whip, whatever you prefer)

    So so good. I did use brown sugar and honey instead of white sugar. Also, I added a pack of sugar free cheesecake pudding jello to the pumpkin purée mixture.
