This recipe is amazing! I used brown sugar instead of white sugar and it came out absolutely stunning & delicious,

I got so many compliments on this bread. I didn’t make any changes, except changing to flour and sugar measurements to weights. This was almost too moist, but still just amazing - just made it a bit stickier in the hand. I had mismatched pans sizes. I thought had I had overcooked the 8x4, but it turned out lest sticky on the outside and was still deliciously moist on the inside. I will make sure to bake all a little longer next time.

It was great! Fairly simple. I cut way down on the sugar and used a bit of maple syrup.

Wow, this was super delicious, moist and airy. I used 1.5 cups of sugar instead of 2 because I like it less sweet. If I make it for others, I would definitely do 2 cups as the recipe called for to get the perfect sweetness. I mixed half the batch with chopped walnuts, but turned out I didn't like the walnut taste in pumpkin bread. Will definitely make this again for the holidays to serve guests.

I don't understand why mine did not turn out as well as for other reviewers. The resulting loaf rose but fell. It was too moist. I measured the flour as per the instructions and the flour weighed 300grams but noted the original recipe specified unsifted flour (scooped). I think the flour weight needs to be increased to give the best result to 350 grams or more. For accuracy I prefer measurements of dry ingredients by weight than by volume. This is one case in point.

Simple and tasty. I used too big of pan so it was thinner than probably what it should be but I’ll get the right size next time

Came out great! I made some of my own edits in case anyone else would like to try: I halved this recipe to make only one loaf, added 6oz of yogurt to make it more moist, and added chocolate chips! Love the pumpkin & chocolate combo, and this hit the spot!

Loved it! But if you eat it the first or second day, it will taste like the levener (baking powder and soda). Day 3-4 is when it tastes the best. I did heavy-up the spices though which made it even better. I’m considering using brown butter next time around.

I substituted gluten free flour and used one pie pumpkin in this recipe and it turned out great! It actually was ready 10 minutes early though.
