  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons molasses (optional, for more flavor)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (ground into flour)

  • 1/2 tablespoon turbinado sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
