- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Argo Baking Powder
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 apple (cored and shredded, about 1 cup)
- 1/3 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (OR golden raisins OR chopped dried apricots)
- 2 Tbsp. flax seed
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl.
- Whisk together pumpkin, apple, oil, egg and vanilla in a large bowl.
