  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 gala apple (peeled, cored, and chopped)
  • 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • chocolate shavings (optional)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Use vegetable shortening to grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan.

    Really bad texture. Should this have baking soda or baking powder? Smells good, but waste of all ingredients used.
