  • 1 package puffed pastry
  • tomato sauce (Prepared)
  • mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • frozen spinach


  1. Preheat the oven to 415 Fahrenheit.

The puff pastry was a new idea for us! We liked the light, flaky crust. We added diced onion and minced garlic to the toppings. The only other thing I changed was to use pizza sauce rather than plain tomato. We served the pizza with an antipasto salad.
