Extremely yummy!! Super easy to make! My mum and I couldn't help ourselves and added extra apple and cinnamon sugar so the bottom was quite soggy, but it is delicious… and I'm likely to eat it all today so we'll be making another for my grandma to try.

This was so incredibly good and so easy to make! We ate it for dessert the first night and then had it for breakfast the next morning too!
