- 24 slices French bread baguette (1/4-inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 cup Smucker’s® Apricot Preserves (at room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
- 3 oz. proscuitto ham (very thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves

Directions
- HEAT oven to 400°F. Place bread slices on baking sheet in single layer. Brush top side of slices with oil. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- BAKE 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cool on baking sheet.
- STIR cream cheese and blue cheese in small bowl until blended. Spread on crostini.
- TEAR prosciutto into small strips. Arrange on top of cheese spread. Stir preserves and vinegar in small bowl until blended. Top each crostini with about 1/2 teaspoon preserves mixture. Sprinkle with thyme.

These turned out really delicious! Definitely dont skip the fresh thyme sprinkled on top. That definitely adds to the dish.
