- 2 loaves bread, cut into italian loaf
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 jar Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce
- 24 shredded mozzarella cheese (thin slices about 6 oz. )
- 1/2 lb. prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves (cut into thin strips)

Directions
- Broil bread slices until golden in preheated oven; rub with garlic, then brush with Olive Oil. Evenly spoon unheated Sauce over bread, then top with mozzarella, prosciutto and basil.
