Prime Rib “our way” has now become “my way” as well. These are delicious! The recipe says the bacon is optional, but I use it every time for even more flavor. If there is one thing I would change to the original recipe, it is to maybe cut back on the rock salt used in the paste. The ribs come out so tender and juicy, plus no other seasoning is needed. It was a huge hit and will be made again and again for dinner.
