Very tasty and tender! Served it with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. I added a bit more Worcestershire and black pepper, but stuck to the ingredients as called out I did make a double recipe and just adjusted the time in the pressure cooker from 5 to 9 minutes and let it stay in for 12 after the cooker switched to keep warm mode
