Wow! This was really tasty! We are from the South so we like a little more spice. I added a 4.5 oz. can of chopped green chiles (like Natalie S. did) and an additional glove of garlic. We have a NuWave Pressure Cooker, so I just pressed the rice setting which was 13 minutes instead of 10. In my opinion it was the perfect consistency. I can see us eating the leftovers wrapped up in a tortilla. My sons are very particular and they really liked this dish! We will be having this again sometime very soon.
This was very good. I added corn and green chilies
