Simple and quick chicken farmhouse hot pot prepared in pressure cooker.

Ingredients

  • 600 grams chicken thigh (or 800g of chicken lovely legs)
  • 1 leek (medium)
  • 1 carrot (medium)
  • 6 squash (baby, can substitute zucchini if squash unavailable)
  • 250 grams baby potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

    Directions

    1. Brown batches of the chicken in pressure cooker.
    2. Once last batch of chicken has been browned add back all chicken to the pressure cooker plus 1 teaspoon of allspice. Fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Then add chicken stock and remaining teaspoon of allspice to the pressure cooker.
    3. Pressurize for between 10-15 minutes depending on PSI of your pressure cooker.
