Made tender stew, but needed more spices! Adjusted and happy now. Root vegetables came out perfectly. Might use something to thicken up the juices.

Flavors were great, have made this many times, family loves it. Served with mashed potatoes, did not add potatoes to the stew

It burned!!!! DO NOT bring me t back to pressure!!!! All the prep I did was wasted! I had to throw the whole pot of stew away. Everything was good until that step!
