  • 2 tablespoons clover honey (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 cup mushrooms (assorted)
  • 2 large potatoes (cut in quarters)
  • 5 large carrots (cut into 2 inch pieces)
  • 1/2 box curry (Blocks, mix em up)
