Wonderfully delicious &satisfying!!! I thought going keto meant giving up casseroles & eating only the plainest foods & lots of leafy greens. Boy was I wrong. I have lost 38 pounds in 12 weeks & am off all my insulin!!! Will I ever go back to the standard american diet (SAD) or the much hyped diabetic exchange program? NO!!!! Thanks SO much for your recipes. They are not only healthy but delicious!!
