  • 3 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fish (SauceÂ)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chillies (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 shallots (chopped)
  • 200 grams king prawn tails
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 onions (sliced)
  • 100 grams bean sprouts

    Directions

    1. Step 1: Soak the noodles in hot water until soft, then drain and rinse in water. Set aside.
    2. Step 2: In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, sugar, salt, fish sauce and crushed chillies well, and set aside.
    3. Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan, then add shallots and prawns and cook for 3 minutes.Step 4: Add eggs, then drained noodles while stirring continuously.
