  • 1/4 tsp. fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • pinches ground white pepper
  • 1 packet wonton wrappers (yellow)
  • 1 star anise
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander seeds
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 clove
  • 70 mL chinese black vinegar
  • 70 mL soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 30 grams spring onions (thinly sliced)
  • 125 mL chillies (crisp sauce, we use Lao Gan Ma brand)
