- 1 cup green cabbage (shredded)
- 2 radishes (sliced thin)
- 1 cup tortillas (fried strips; or tortilla chips)
- 1 cup queso fresco
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
