Ingredients

2 puff pastry
400 milliliters cream
1 eggs
salt
ground black pepper
4 boiling potatoes
1 onions
5 sliced ham
3 bacon slices
chopped parsley
1 eggs (for brushing)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Line a pie pan with 1 puff pastry.
3Whip the egg, and season with salt and pepper.
4Add a layer of finely sliced potatoes and onions, drizzle with the cream, and cover with slices of ham and bacon.
5Cover with another layer of potato slices, onion, and cream.
