  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. hot chilli powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 500 grams new potatoes (diced in to bitesize chunks)
  • 1 can chickpeas (drained)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 200 mL water
  • 100 grams spinach (chopped)
  • 30 grams fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1/2 lemon
