Ingredients

800 grams potatoes
2 eggs
80 grams parmesan cheese
nutmeg
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
ground black pepper
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
100 grams bread crumbs
olive oil
100 grams salami

Directions

1Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, and mash them with a potato masher.
2Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl and add the eggs, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper and combine well.
3In a bowl, beat the egg with the tablespoon of milk. Place the bread crumbs into another bowl.
4Shape the potato mixture into smooth cylindrical dumplings, coat them first with the beaten egg mixture, and then with the breadcrumbs.
5Fry the croquettes in a tall, narrow saucepan (or in a deep fryer) with a generous amount of hot oil.
6Drain the croquettes and place them on paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
7Wrap each croquette with a slice of salami and serve warm.
