Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • turkey ham (or turkey breast slices, chopped)
  • low-fat cheese (grated)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Poke holes in the potatoes, wrap them in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are soft.
  3. Cut into halves. Remove some of the inner part of the potato.
  4. Mix the potato with chopped meat and cheese. Place back into the oven and bake until the cheese melts.

I have always been a big fan of potato skin recipes; I knew I had to try this one the second I saw it. It had the perfect amount of crunch, cheese, and turkey. It had just a hint of saltiness to it but nothing overwhelming. I would definitely make this 5 star recipe again.
