Ingredients

100 grams sourdough
250 grams rye flour
150 grams bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
250 milliliters water
4 potatoes
olive oil
rosemary

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius.
2Place the sourdough, rye flour, bread flour, and oil into a mixing bowl. Mix together and set aside for 20-40 minutes. Add the salt and knead slightly. Form into a ball and place into an oiled bowl. Cover and set aside until doubled in volume.
3Divide the dough into 2 sections and flatten with the hands or a rolling pin on a floured surface. Place the pizza shapes onto a baking sheet or cutting board so that it can be easily
