Ingredients

  • 100 grams sourdough
  • 250 grams rye flour
  • 150 grams bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 milliliters water
  • 4 potatoes
  • olive oil
  • rosemary

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius.
  2. Place the sourdough, rye flour, bread flour, and oil into a mixing bowl. Mix together and set aside for 20-40 minutes. Add the salt and knead slightly. Form into a ball and place into an oiled bowl. Cover and set aside until doubled in volume.

I have never tried a recipe like this one and I have to say that I was very impressed. It has to be one of the best pizzas I have ever made; infused with a variety of flavors and a pleasant combination of textures. I will be trying this 4 star recipe out again next week for our dinner party with the in-laws.
