  • 1 zuchinni
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 leek
  • red pepper (A bit of)
  • 2 tomatoes (small ripe)
  • celery salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 potato pancakes
  • 12 anchovies


  1. Finely chop vegetables.
