Out of the 3 gnocchi recipes I have “yummed” this is the best! The flavors blend nicely.
Gnocchi does not brown so don’t over cook it.

This was tasty. Added bacon to it as well. Might add spinach and definitely more seasoning and feta next time.

Took a chance with my first time trying a potato gnocchi recipe and I was so glad I did! So simple and tastes so good. Definitely keeping this in my weekly recipes list. :)

Turned out great and satisfying for me. It was a « meh » for my husband. Oh well.! Will try the recipe with spinach and sausage next time.

It turned out well, I used a Chardonnay which turned out to be a bit too sweet with the mushrooms but over all was pretty tasty.

This recipe was good. I wanted to make it more of a main dish than a side so I added rotisserie chicken and spinach.

I love 'chickpeas' but I do think this needs some flavor...I will add shrimp, gr onion...maybe some other stuff...we'll see. I have everything so just need to get to it!!!

It took longer than 30 minutes and didn't get very toasty but the flavor a were still delicious I would probably cook the mushrooms for less time on their own since they spent so long in white wine cooking while the wine reduced, and also maybe add some cooked spinach.

It was really good and simple to make! We added Italian sausage to it as well. I made this for myself and one other person and we had leftovers for the next day. Would totally recommend and make again

This is a wonderful recipe. Even my 7,9 and 11 year old kids loved it. Sautee the gnocchi separately though, I couldn't get them to brown. I doubled this recipe as a main dish for 5 people.

this was really good! i just used regular white mushrooms instead of half shiitake half white. i also sautéed some spinach and added it in. however, i forgot to add the feta cheese. the only thing i dislike about his is it's kind of dry, i don't know what kind of sauce would make it better though. overall, it's really good!
