    Delicious. I used turkey sausage instead of chorizo, grilled peppers and onions and Chardonnay. Very good.

    My wife and I honeymooned in Portugal and made this recipe as sort of a nice memory of all the great food there... and it was SO good. Thank you!

    mmmmmm delicious...... a few subtle changes. When I peeled the prawns, I put the shells in about 4 cups of water with the onion peelings bring to the boil and simmer. Also add some capsicum and mussels instead of clams. 👍👍🍷
