  • 4 red bell peppers (cut in quarters, stems and seeds removed)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorn
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons canola oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 3 eggs (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/2 bunch parsley (chopped fine)
  • 3 white onions (medium sized, 2 of them cut thinly in half moon shape)
