  • 300 grams pork loin (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 handful sugar pea
  • 1 red chili peppers (deseeded, finely sliced)
  • 1 handful mint (roughly torn)
  • 1 packet noodles (straight-to-wok)

    1. 1. Heat the wok and add some oil (groundnut is best)
    2. 2. Add the pork and stir fry till the outsides are cooked and browned
    3. 3. Add the sugar and dissolve in the liquid that's formed, then add the fish sauce
