  • 1/2 lb. boneless pork loin (sliced 1/4-inch thick)
  • 1 tsp. corn oil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp. Thai fish sauce (nam pla)

    Directions

    1. In a nonstick skillet heat corn oil over high heat, add pork slices, cook over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes, turn and sprinkle pork with garlic, pepper and nam pla. Cook 2 minutes more, shaking pan to prevent garlic from burning. Serve pork immediately with pan juices.
