- In a nonstick skillet heat corn oil over high heat, add pork slices, cook over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes, turn and sprinkle pork with garlic, pepper and nam pla. Cook 2 minutes more, shaking pan to prevent garlic from burning. Serve pork immediately with pan juices.
