Ingredients

  • rib
  • 1 orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons salt (soy sauce, lightened)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 40 grams garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Directions

  1. Get the orange juice and pour into a large bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce, honey and ketchup.
  3. Wash and dry the leaves of wild garlic .
  4. Peel the piece of ginger .
  5. Mix the garlic and ginger both.
  6. Add this mixture to the liquid preparation and mix again
  7. Coat both faces of the ribs with the marinade.
  8. Filming the dish and refrigerate a few hours ( the best is to marinate the meat 24 hours).
  9. Turn on the griddle and pre-heat .
  10. Once it is hot, put the ribs on the griddle.
  11. Turn and grill until lightly browned and crisp on the second side.
  12. Seal the ribs and reduce the heat
  13. Put the ribs on meat side then put aluminum foil on top.
  14. Keep cooking during about 20 minutes.
  15. Use a knife to check for doneness.
