very simple and really good! will make again! i did without the ginger because i forgot that but it still rate was very good

My broth turned out bitter with a strange after taste. I realized it was the ginger. Next time I just sautéed onion and garlic in olive oil, added chicken broth and soy sauce. Much better and my house didn't smell like a greasy diner.

Fantastic! Next time I make it I may use some soba noodles instead of the packaged Ramen noodles, but the broth itself was incredible. We devoured it!
