Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin (cut into stir-fry strips)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 16 ounces vegetables (frozen stir-fry)
  • 7 ounces ramen noodles (broken into pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil (dark)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (if desired, toasted)

Directions

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened and vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.
