My husband and I love this stew. I've made it several times. Delicious!

It was really good. My elevation messes with wet ingredients, next time I'll have more chicken stock on hand. Even my son that doesn't like spicy foods liked it. This time when I made it I tossed to pork pieces in salt, pepper and medium chili powder (the real stuff from the Tortillaria down the street) before cooking and it was awesome.
