• 2 pork blade steaks
  • 1 firm tofu (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup green beans (cut 1-inch)
  • 3 tablespoons spices (Chinese five-)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 green onions
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil


  1. Mix marinade ingredients and place in plastic container or plastic bag overnight.
  2. Prepare hot grill. Meanwhile, place marinade ingredients in medium sauce pot and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, add tofu and beans. Cover pot and remove from heat. Season pork with salt and pepper and grill for three to four minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Remove tofu and green beans from hot liquid. Slice pork and toss with tofu and beans.
  3. Serve over rice with green onions.
