8 pounds boneless pork (cut into bite size pieces)
4 cups flour
6 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups onions (chopped)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground cloves
24 ounces sliced mushrooms (drained)
10 cups water
9 cups brown rice

1Combine flour, garlic powder, and salt in a large bag.
2Add the meat & shake until coated.
3Brown meat & onion in oil in skillet or large kettle.
4Mix cloves, soup, mushrooms and water.
5Divide all ingredients equally in pans and stir well.
6Cover and simmer 45-60 minutes over low heat. Serve over rice.
